K9 Maggie joined the University of Arizona Police Department in December 2021 as the department's first Crisis Response Canine. She began training at 3 months old with a playful personality and drive to achieve.
Maggie loves spending the workday with all her coworkers and meeting people around the university. In her free time, she enjoys her chew toys, playing fetch, and finding sticks in the yard.

Maggie is part of the Field Operations Unit with her handler Detective Nicole Nelson.
