Andre Lyko
Lieutenant Andre Lyko began his career with the University of Arizona Police Department in 2007 and has held the supervisory ranks of corporal and sergeant. He is a graduate of the Southern Arizona Law Enforcement Training Center. Throughout his career, Lieutenant Lyko has served as a patrol officer, field training officer, motorcycle officer, and detective. In addition, he has served as a general instructor, physical fitness instructor, and mobile field force instructor. Lieutenant Lyko has overseen Patrol, Training, Traffic, K-9, Community Engagement, Crime Prevention, Professional Standards, Public Information, Recruitment, Special Projects, and the Honor Guard. He holds a Master of Public Safety Leadership and Administration from Arizona State University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Finance from the University of Arizona. Lieutenant Lyko has also completed the Eller Executive Education – Southwest Leadership Program and the Northwestern School of Police Staff and Command.
