TUCSON, Arizona – The University of Arizona Police Department (UAPD) is investigating multiple assaults with minor injury which occurred on the University of Arizona Campus.

On April 10, 2022, at approximately 3:30 am, UAPD officers responded to the report of individuals being shot several times with an airsoft gun. The suspect was shooting from a vehicle, described as a 2017 or newer white Ford Mustang convertible with a black top.

On April 16, 2022, at approximately 11:40pm, UAPD officers responded to the report of a male subject shooting BBs/Pellets at people. The suspect was shooting from a vehicle, described as a black Ford or Subaru hatchback style with a yellow-colored license plate and blue LED lights. There were multiple individuals in the vehicle.

The suspects have not been located. In the second incident, the suspect was described as follows:

• Suspect #1

  • White male
  • College-age
  • Brown hair
  • Clean cut with a narrow jawline
  • Black ball cap
  • Passenger side of the vehicle
