This March, the 30x30 Initiative turns two! In 2021 UAPD joined other law enforcement agencies in taking the 30x30 pledge to increase the number of women in policing to 30% by 2030. Currently, UAPD has nine women sworn officers, two of which recently graduated from police academies and committed to serving in law enforcement.
